SMT production engineering
With years of production and quality management experience in SMT assembly,we can assemble all kinds of electronic components(minimum 0402,0201),QFP,BGA and other irregular components.Ordinary circuit boards(hard board)and flexible circuit boards(soft board).The DPPM after the furnace can be controlled within 100DPPM.
Post-weld Production process
Our PCBA production process, from material temperature and humidity control, to SMT assembly defect rate control, to post-welding and PCBA function testing, we strictly adhere to the company management system requirements.
